A successful Shrewsbury hair design studio is holding a lavish fifth birthday re-launch and inviting guests to come to the ‘gallery within the salon’ on Friday December 2nd.

Fusion Hair Design Studio at 50 Mardol, opened almost five years ago and has gone from strength to strength, expanding its services and taking on new expert staff.

The studio has received a complete re-vamp for the event and local artist Sally Faye Cotterill has hand painted funky illustrations with a hair and beauty theme on the walls, which are exclusive to Fusion and make it a venue in which to have a unique and relaxing experience.

Director Michele Evans is opening up the salon from 12pm to 8pm for guests to come and view the new-look salon, enjoy hand-made individual cup cakes and champagne cocktails made by waiters from The Libertine bar of Butcher Row, Shrewsbury.

Expert stylists and technicians will be demonstrating various techniques on models, including hair extensions which the salon specialises in.

New and exclusive to Fusion, is expert make-up artist Demelza Duell. Demelza was formerly TV presenter Kirsty Gallagher’s make-up artist and was the resident on ITV1’s This Morning.

Demelza will be offering her services exclusively to Fusion and with the party season coming up will be offering a voucher for £10 off a makeover at the re-launch party.
