A Shrewsbury cafe which sells a variety of hot and cold drinks and some of the best home-made cakes around has installed WiFi - so now you can enjoy your drink and a cake while doing some work.
The Designa Cake & Cupcake Cafe, nestled on the historic cobbled Fish Street in the centre of Shrewsbury, is a homely environment where you can now work, read or browse the internet while enjoying some home-baked goodness.
Owner Karen Bill, also designs and makes bespoke celebration cakes and holds cupcake decorating classes and parties at the cafe, for children and adults.
At the cafe you can enjoy quality fairtrade teas and coffees, farm-produced fruit juice and cupcakes in a wealth of flavours.
Karen and her team prepare an array of cakes and cupcakes baked fresh EVERY day.
Karen says: "As well as chocolate and vanilla cakes, which are available every day, we have a range of different flavours that change every week.
"These include Earl Grey, amaretto, black forest, lemon meringue and Eton mess. We are always introducing new flavours. Gluten free and dairy free cakes are available every day too.
"We've created a very friendly and homely cafe where now, with the addition of Wifi, you can enjoy your cake and drink while doing some work or internet browsing."
Designa Cake & Cupcake Cafe also sells a range of cake making and decorating supplies and home-wares.
