Shrewsbury School heads into 2012 with the announcement of a fantastic series of weekly lunchtime concerts on Fridays at 1.30pm in the magnificent setting of the Shrewsbury School Chapel.
The concerts showcase the fantastic talents of the various singers and musicians who attend the school and are free to attend.
Events manager Darren Wood commented: “Our lunchtime concerts have proved very popular in the past. In 2012 they are short half-hour concerts with tea and coffee available afterwards. We welcome everyone to come along and experience the amazing musical talent we have on offer at Shrewsbury in the glorious setting of the School Chapel.
“The concerts will be held every Friday during term time and are a great opportunity for the students to perform in front of a live audience. The quality of musicianship on offer truly must be experienced."
