An experienced family solicitor and senior partner at Shropshire law firm Lanyon Bowdler is standing down from his role as head of department.
Peter Flint has decided to ease his schedule by reducing his hours to part-time from the beginning of May. A highly regarded and vastly experienced solicitor, Peter has been with the firm for 42 years, 40 of which have been spent in the role of partner. Despite handing over his departmental commitments, he will continue his role as senior partner.
Taking over the departmental head reins will be fellow partner Colin Spanner. Colin, who splits his time between the firm’s Ludlow and Hereford offices, is a Resolution Accredited Specialist and Resolution trained Collaborative Lawyer.
Managing partner, David Battisby comments “I would like to express my appreciation to Peter, who has led the Family department since 1988, and also wish Colin every success in his new role.”
