A Shropshire health and safety consultancy’s future success is in safe hands following the appointment of a vastly experienced new member of staff.

Shrewsbury-based Building Trust in Safety Ltd has brought on board Georgi Mann as a Director and Health and Safety Consultant following a career spanning more than 20 years in the sector.

A Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), a Member of International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM), and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) amongst others, Georgi brings a wealth of expertise gained in roles encompassing both the public and private sectors.

As well as ten years service with the former Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council as a Food Safety Officer and a Health and Safety Officer, Georgi was also a Health and Safety Consultant for the Royal Bank of Scotland, a diverse role which involved her carrying out site audits, helping businesses to meet their legal requirements, and assisting the bank’s clients with the fallout from accidents and incidents.
