Keen cyclist David Marston-Jones is settling into his new office in Shrewsbury, heaving a sigh of relief that his daily cycle to work has become considerably shorter. Continuing to work for Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors in the Dispute Resolution department David’s remit covers the whole range of personal and business matters including contractual disputes, disagreements between neighbours and personal and corporate insolvency.

“I’m delighted to have moved to the Shrewsbury office” said David, before continuing “however this move does not mean that I have removed my focus from my Telford clients.  I will be giving everyone the best service I can, no matter where I am based.”

David has been working for Lanyon Bowdler for over seven years, including two years of training with the firm.  However a two year stint in Canada ended because he was missing home.  “I’m a Shrewsbury lad, born and bred,” said David “and I left Canada because I wanted to come back and do something to help the town I love.  Dispute Resolution is always needed and Lanyon Bowdler works with their clients to ensure that they are never surprised by our fees or by what is happening in their case.  I feel like I am making a real difference.”

David had one final word on the matter.  “To be honest,” he smiled, “I got fed up of the snow and I missed all the rain.”
