Daniel Kawczynski, MP for Shrewsbury and Atcham has met with rail officials to further discuss improvements to ShrewsburyRailway Station.
Daniel Kawczynski, MP for Shrewsbury and Atcham said:
“Substantial investment in recent years, has significantly improved Shrewsbury Railway Station, with more projects planned to secure its long term future as one of Shrewsbury’s finest historic buildings.
I consider that it is important for visitors to have a good first impression of the town, and a well maintained, attractive railway station is essential.
The improvements made so far, particularly to the reception and waiting areas has enhanced the appearance of the station considerably and the next planned projects which include refurbishing the toilets is welcomed as they are in need of a makeover.”
