Over the last five years, SITC has supplied telephone systems to companies across the UK and our aim has to been to marry up the requirements a company has for functionality in a telephone system and the costs involved.
In the past, the options available to a company looking to have services such as call recording, traffic management or call diverts, has been limited to a number of larger suppliers whose products come at a premium cost.
This has meant that SMEs have either had to cope with a significant capital outlay to ensure a suitable level of service, or they have had to make do with a basic service that doesn’t suit their company's individual needs.
The last 18 months have seen significant changes in the options available to companies large and small when it comes to the supply of telephone systems, and SITC have been at the forefront of these changes.

These systems come with all of the functionality of the larger systems (call recording, transferring of calls, call management reports etc) but at a fraction of the cost.
SITC has been able to bring these new systems to companies across the UK who previously would not have been able to have access to a professional telephone system and in each case our clients have been delighted with the benefits the new systems have brought to their business.
