Shropshire developer, SJ Roberts Homes Ltd, has officially opened their brand new marketing suite at their Allscott Meads site.

The 470-home development has taken the abandoned Sugar Beet Factory site at Allscott and is transforming it into a spacious, sustainable community with a range of ecological benefits.

SJ Roberts Homes has been working hard to ensure safe continuation of the construction works during these unprecedented times in order to bring this sustainable, relaxed way of living to local families. A lifestyle now sought-after by many due to recent events.

This brand new development offers two, three, four and five bedroom homes, creating a comfortable and expansive community in the heart of rural Shropshire.

Allscott Meads will also be home to community orchards, feature ponds, a shingle beach, perimeter wildlife walks, additional 800 trees, over 1200 meters of new hedges and 2500 bee-friendly shrubs, providing open and spacious living for local families.

The marketing suite is now open to potential purchasers by prior appointment only thus ensuring the safety and welfare of visitors in line with recent government guidelines.

Having the suite open, means people who are interested in securing an Allscott Meads home can do so with the full support and guidance of the SJ Roberts’ Sales Team. With Help to Buy schemes available and the Stamp Duty Land Tax holiday still being available, the SJ Robert’s Team is doing all they can to help families reserve their dream home.

Mr Mike Sambrook, Managing Director of SJ Roberts said, “The opening of our marketing suite is a huge step in terms of the development. It allows us to demonstrate to our potential purchasers exactly what we are creating at Allscott Meads and what a fantastic community it will be to live in“

“We are mindful that people are looking for a healthier way of living and our Allscott Meads homes are designed to provide exactly that. With recent events meaning we are spending more time at home, and bringing our careers with us, we have made sure our homes are multi-functional, adaptable and supportive of our residents’ needs, whilst providing the ecological benefits to make relaxing as a family easy”

Their four and five-bedroom family homes are fitted with data plates and roof windows to make home working easier. The homes also come complete with separate reception rooms, creating space for the whole family.

Alongside the range of ecological features, the development is also set to have three play areas for all ages and a school in the future plans. The goal of the development is to provide local families with everything they need to grow together, alongside the nature that surrounds it.

Mr Sambrook said, “The aim of Allscott Meads is to provide the ideal lifestyle for local families. Recent times have only highlighted the need for this further. We are excited that our marketing suite is now open for bookings, and construction is well underway, making the lifestyle we are all craving, a reality”
