I can only recommend Howden. I renewed my policy over the phone with Tay and he was amazing. I understood everything (which, trust me, is not always the case) and he managed to sell me all the ad ons as well. I was well impressed by the end of the call.
I have been with this company for a couple of years now and am very pleased. When I called them last year after I broke someone's light with my van, they were really sweet on the phone. I mean, I was having a bad day, understandably, and they just made it better somehow.
So best price on the market, best Sale team and best customer service. Happy me
