As a member of the Which? Connect team, I think we should be informed in greater detail of Insurance firms' their justifications for the huge increase in premiums this year. As things stand, it just seems that these firms are"jumping on the band wagon"in the present financial climate.

If someone answered the phone they would do themselves a massive favour. I had a reminder by E Mail about 3 weeks before the policy expired. I then spent most of that time trying to get someone to talk to me as there were changes etc. eventually they came back from memory the day the policy expired. That’s no way to run a business I’m afraid
