Excellent service as usual but unfortunately we had no choice and moved the car insurance to another broker. Kept same underwriter at a saving of approximately 30% on the renewal quote. Shame because I wanted to stay with A Plan but £200+ was a significant savings. The system is all wrong.

Howden took over the insurance company I had dealt with for some years, and I was pleased at how professionally and seamlessly they did this and talked me through the various options involved in contract renewal. Their follow through on confirmation documents was also quick and efficient.
