I've used Howden for around four years as brokers for my house and contents insurance. I've always been very happy with the results they've come up with -- competitive prices, and good policies. I've checked on various websites for insurance, and have come across nothing cheaper than what they have offered. Also, their communication by email (my requested method) is excellent. I renewed my household and buildings insurance policy in March 2024. Catherine Smith was excellent at explaining options to me, without ever putting me under any pressure to accept additions. And she was speedy yet thorough with detail. Thank you.
