My wife and I (and our dog) are always made welcome and the staff are always very warmly helpful. They have also gone to some trouble to get us some good deals that have been less than our previous suppliers.

The company was quite efficient at processing my renewal for home insurance but I am unhappy with the way my current claim is being handled. It’s now 7 weeks since the incident and more than 3 weeks since I supplied the additional information requested. I emailed again this morning for an update but still haven’t heard anything.

Have been with this company since 2000, they have always looked after me everyone treats me with a fantastic warm reception when either in branch or on the phone. Even though this year was also challenge for these guys with premiums due to all the rises , despite it all Eric has helped me for another year, and i know they look after me if i ever need or havecquestion,proven in the past and present.
