As a long standing customer of A Plan now Howden we have always been happy with the services provided. I was slightly disappointed when I recently changed my car, a policy was cancelled and a new one was taken out. Normally a small discount was offered on the admin fee as we have all of insurance with the same branch.

My Mum and I had to sort car insurance renewal for a wheelchair access vehicle, (not easy on comparison sites).
It is so nice to be able to sit and talk to a real person and have our questions/queries answered without having to wait for a response.
Our adviser, Nick, was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
The insurance renewal was set up on the day and slightly cheaper than our previous insurer's renewal quote.
We shall definitely use Howden Insurance again.
