I walked into Howden's office and was immediately greeted by the folk there. Once sat down with an agent everything was processed in a friendly, efficient manner. I left the office 15 minutes later, having saved over £100 and confident that the insurance was tailored to my needs.

Well-used to sales techniques that either omit or obfuscate key details I was initially reluctant to deal with a phone-only provider. But was pleasantly surprised to realise just how different the offering that these guys offer. Regulated by the FSA to provide personalised advice based on customer-value rather than that which best fits their bottom-line, I now find it difficult to understand why I'd ever want to use anyone else. My account manager Luke provided a tailored service that was second-to-none. And when I did my due diligence to check their price was appropriate i found that they were nearly half the price of the nearest competitor and almost a fifth of the worst!!

The member of staff I talked to was friendly , helpful and efficient. The price of cover was considerably less than I had been quoted by my previous insurer . I received my quote promptly through the post as I had requested. A much better experience than using an online site .

Their insurance consultant Jamare contacted me for renewal and managed to get me a really good deal, he understood my odd requests and did not push products I said no to... I was so happy with the service, that one month later I contacted him to arrange my wife's policy as well, and he saved me approximately £200 compared to other reputable quotes I had received... although, it was the service and respect I received that mattered most to me! He took the time to explain everything, answered all questions (as silly as they were) and did not mind calling back later when I could not stay on the phone. Absolutely recommended!
