I have my flat insurance,and car insurance with you. Although you had only just taken over the previous business, still found in October and December of last year, very competitive prices, and staff who were eager to ensure I had a good deal. Although I did find my car insurance had nearly doubled, even though my mileage is low. Hopefully this may not be the case next time.

I am a pensioner, I have no other income.
Howden has only 1 kind of comprehensive motor insurance, not considering miles per year and how often driven.
To pay the £430.00 approx is unfair, pensioners are being judged along with other adults who drive much more.
I drive approx 2000 miles a year, small compared to adult drivers that drive the minimum of 6000 and as much as 15000.
We all pay the same for comprehensive insurance, so show me the fairness in this.
I earn far less than adults in work.
What can Howden Insurance do to help in this matter ?
