I have always found the staff very helpful and generally if I have had a problem they have managed to sort it out. My biggest complaint is when you ask for a price to inshore a car ect. and then go back two or three days latter it always go's up. This seems to be a general problem with the insurance industry.

I have been with the same insurance broker since I was about 17 years old.I’m 78 next month.It all started as Shelton’s of Farnbourgh then A Plan and now Howden.
