Having been insured with A-plan, now Howdens, last year, I was pleased when Reece from Aylesbury gave me a call to discuss my horsebox renewal. Strangely some place won't insure me as my husband has a few points on his licence and he's a named driver. So when Reece came back with just a £4 increase on last year, I snapped it up. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the yearly chore quite a delight. I can thoroughly recommend!

Able to answer my questions as well as me answering theirs. Quote probably a little more than comparison websites but have experienced Howdens previously and have appreciated the more personal service when needed

I came to Howdens in Fareham on a friends recommendation, initially because of their specialty in performance vehicle insurance. I quickly realised that this is just one part of their skill set after initially speaking to Daisy and then to Daisy Carr. They provide great friendly Customer Service and the ability to talk to someone locally and face to face if required. I also discovered that they will insure my more regular vehicles too on a multi car style system, mirroring my NCB which was a superb solution in my case and provided an incredibly reasonable cost saving me a lot of money when compared to the online deals I was looking at.

Recently needed to change my motor insurance due to purchasing a new vehicle and my existing policy could not be amended due it being an on line insurance and the company failed to respond to emails and their web site would not work.
