I have always been treated very well by all the staff. They are polite, helpful and well informed. it's a pleasure not to have to deal with a computer but because of prices I did have to arrange my car insurance with another company as Howdens' suppliers were not able to match my needs. When they do I'd rather deal with them than any other.

I went into my local branch to arrange new buildings and contents insurance, with only a couple of days before it was due. Somebody was available straight away, and got me set up with a policy after some painless questioning - all done in about 20 minutes. Very friendly and efficient. Recommended!
