After my initial phone call I heard nothing and had to call back myself to get the car insurance changed. Then they sent email confirmation to my dead husband. We have had exemplary service from A Plan but not from the new Howden company.

Whilst there was a bit of ringing around to get to the correct branch we needed (our requirement was rather specific) each person I spoke to was polite, extremely helpful and friendly. Whilst I did get a slightly cheaper option I felt very comfortable with the Howden team so bought their policy.
