I recieved a call some weeks before my car insurance expired, and went through options and prices of the insurance policies quoted, I was happy with the price, and also got included car breakdown cover, home start, and recovery of my vehicle. This was in November 2023

Wanted to keep with A-Plan/ Howden so a little disappointed to be offered a sizeable price hike for our two cars so went on line and found cheaper, informed A plan to be told it could be matched! On discussion the staff were extremely helpful and quickly resolved our insurance cover

For the second year running the quotes provided for car, home and contents insurance were good considering the price hike seen on other insurance sites. Service was very good and the staff were very good it would be even better if the internal phone system was upgraded
