Very pleasant staff but too much calling me as a reminder about car insurance and also breakdown cover.
Multiple calls sometimes a couple of weeks ahead when I know the due dates.
I appreciate some people do need reminding so I did request fewer calls in the future which was well accepted.
Otherwise you will see I am a long-standing customer.

i am glad I decided to try Howden Ins. They have an office on my door step and a face to face discussion with the agent there was pleasant and informative. So a good experience, which providing they do not pull the usual insurance trick of hugely increasing next years' cover i will be happy to remain with them.

Howden's handle all our insurance for our cars, houses, etc. I got fed up of chasing around the internet looking for quotes each year. They are helpful and responsive and always provide alternative quotes at renewal time. Whether or not I am getting the cheapest deal available, I don't know, but the cheapest is often not the best. I cannot fault Howden (or A Plan as was) over the past five or six years I have dealt with them.
