My first contact with this company was last year under their old name A-Plan. I've just taken out a new caravan insurance policy with the same lovely lady I spoke to last year - Kate Reid.
It's great to be able to speak to the same person and Kate was very professional and lively. She listened to my needs and has come up with a competitive policy that suits my needs.
Consistently brilliant agents on the phone mean that I've received great service and the right product for the vehicle and circumstances, no matter how complicated. The agents are all very polite and not at all pushy. They want to give excellent service.

Faced with a 47% premium increase proposed by my car insurer of many claim-free years, I sought Howden's help. Within the hour they found a deal that matched my expiring price, without compromising on my NCB, excess or other policy terms. Just when it seems that we must accept that the cost of everything has to rise, often regardless of any justification, it's great to be given quick, friendly and valuable service and proof that, if you ask the right people, you can do better!
