Although I didn’t get the answer, I would have liked, i.e. I didn’t have accidental cover on my policies, the gentleman I spoke to was friendly & explained all to me, including giving me a quote to add accidental damage to my policy. A positive & helpful service.

My experience with Howdens insurance so far has been fantastic. I had an advisor called Ben and he was knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond. He tailored the insurance package for my business needs and impressed me with his passion for the job. I had even made the decision to go with Howdens based on his actions before I knew the final price. A breath of fresh air compared to some other insurance companies where obtaining information and quotes felt like trying to get blood out of a stone!
