Have been with A plan and now obviously Howden for four years. They provide insurance for my motor car and building insurance. All staff very good with customer car and knowledgable of the products which they sale. Will always return to the TAUNTON branch.

I object to paying a £40 admin fee for the slightest change in the policies! I have several with you and you insist on me keeping you updated with any changes ie adding deleting drivers, changing storage addresses etc etc and then you sting me for £40 each time! I’d accept it for a major change but not for minor ones

I do all my insurance through Howden,car ,camper van and house. They always go the extra mile to get the best quote. I like the fact the office is local and you can talk face to face rather than on the phone getting sent from one department to another. Staff at local branch Newport Isle of Wight always friendly and helpful.

The insurance is great, but the price is expensive, I'm 64 this year, had 1 loss in 46 years, have max no claims but still my insurance went up 300 pounds this year. It's disgusting

Second renewal with Howden at Loughborough, went quite smoothly, agreed to renew and was happy with the revised price, went to pay but the system was down, l was told not too worry as they would ring me back, never happened until late Friday afternoon, in that week was constantly emailed to warn me that my insurance would expire on Saturday, !!!! I even received a letter stating that fact, Your automated system should be updated more frequently and quicker after a policy’s agreed
