Being well (un)organised as I am, I do not have to rely on my memory when renewal time approaches. Not am I only updated, but the girls & boys have already checked your databases to find the best deals for my needs.
For years I have used Howdens for House & Contents and all my vehicles, the latter being very fluid as my needs change regularly. If research is required then as good as they promise they always get back to me within a few minutes with an answer (unlike other companies/providers, who promise you the world and you either get a pork pie or nothing). Thanks for everything.

I have been with Howdens (was A- Plan) more than 10 years and I have never had a problem with anyone, face to face or over the phone/ e -mail. Each and every person I speak to are helpful and will always go the extra mile.

I like it that I can go into the shop and actually talk to real people. Insurance is so full of pitfalls lately that it is easy to break the motoring laws, however vigilant you are. By talking to experts you can converse in normal English and their expertise means you are far less likely to fall foul of the law or find yourself not covered for something you thought you were.

We have used APlan/Howden for many years for a number of different requirements and found them to be highly professional.
Why? I have frequently checked value for money with potential alternatives and found them a little or even a lot more expensive for the same cover.
However, the real tangible benefit is when things have been lost or dinks in cars. They “have your back” and that’s the benefit of having your personal advisor available at Howden. (They don’t provide kitchens)

I am still waiting for the form that the Finance Comosny were going to send me and I had to sign it and send it back so standing order could be set up. However, the standing order is up and running despite the fact I have never received the confirmatory form.
Last year there was a muddle which the auditors spotted and I was paying twice, and although I don’t think that this is happening this time I am anxious for the correct procedure to be followed.
