The staff employed in the Dunstable Branch have always been very friendly and cheerful and I am satisfied that they will always try and provide the best value product at the most competitive price. As a pensioner I am aware of the costs of insurances and particularly the vehicle insurance increases (which I hope will go down over the next couple of years!). Thank you for keeping the office open in our town as I greatly appreciate having a face-to-face dealing with staff rather than online.

Staff listened to what I wanted covered by my car insurance, and advised me accordingly. Provided a quote for what I wanted which I accepted. My present insurance company had increased my premium by 100% and having spent hours on the comparison sites not knowing if I was getting like for like cover decide to go to Howden's. Will use them in future for my other insurance cover needs.

I wanted to renew my house insurance. It was easy and quick to speak to someone at Howden to do this. They had already sent me a quote before my existing insurance ran out, so I knew the new premium already. The new cover met my requirements, and the price was slightly less than the year before so excellent work on their behalf.
