European cover: Brief worry because it was not clear that European comprehensive cover was same as UK. Implication was that cover was no more than legal minimum in each country. After a call it became apparent that one critical document had not been included in the pack when I renewed. Fixed, but a worrying evening.

It was realy good in the current day and age to be able to speak to someone face to face. We spoke to a smart and pleasant young man called Rodnie Bedicer at the Altrincham office. He was polite, friendly and listened carefully to our requirements and explained our various options fully. An altogether positive experince.
