It was realy good in the current day and age to be able to speak to someone face to face. We spoke to a smart and pleasant young man called Rodnie Bedicer at the Altrincham office. He was polite, friendly and listened carefully to our requirements and explained our various options fully. An altogether positive experince.

Always go out of their way to help you. Brilliant when you have had an accident too which only has taken them 5 days to settle. Which other companies have taken longer ie my son is with another company took them 3 months to pay out after a non fault accident.
