Helpful staff; cost competitive policy with a reputable insurer; easy to arrange over the phone/email. Particularly useful service to me because I am a long time company car driver and didn't therefore have a no claims bonus. Would probably renew with them.

3rd time since August 2023 using Howdens to insure items belonging to my wife and I. This time I was looking to change home insurance providers. Once again I was dealt with by Thomas Ivory (who had previously arranged insurance for my car) at the Shirley, Solihull branch. My previous experience with Tom was excellent and again, on this occasion, proved his brilliant customer service skills. I have found Howdens to be an excellent company to deal with. Thank you.

Efficient and professional service from Frazer, although haven't needed the insurance yet. However I took AXA breakdown insurance. As I hadn't heard anything from them thought I'd better check and have just realised AXA have a list of dreadful reviews on trust pilot.
