Very good at what they do

An insurance company where actual humans answer the phone. I wanted to renew my online car insurance with Sheila's wheels, who I have been with for years. They were very unhelpful, and did not want to find me a good deal. I happened to recall passing a Howdens shop in town, so phoned them up for a quote. Very friendly and helpful staff. Managed to get me a good deal, and it was reassuring to know that if I ever need help there is a person to answer phone, rather than just online. Plus the actual store where you can go in for help. Highly recommend.

I think Howden could have done a lot more regards the rising cost of insurance, people who propose some very good security on there cars to protect it, just find that insurers only go by standard security, and that’s a flawed issue as you can see by the percentage of thefts of 2022-2023!

The staff are very friendly and helpful,I have been using this company for years,they do their best to get you a great deal at a good price,and if you have to claim for anything you just give them a ring and they take the hassle out of claiming,and being able to go in and talk to them is another bonus if you are concerned about anything.I fully recommend this company.
