Asked to change static caravan insurance since bought an older one. Howden said they couldn't insure because of age but did find another insurer for me so that was good. When I asked to cancel the previous policy they said they would process a refund. It just arrived in my bank with no notification and they had deducted a £50 cancellation fee even though they forced the cancellation. No response to an email querying but after a phone call they quickly refunded a further £50 so all well in the end.

Frankie dealt with my call from start to finish. I didn’t feel like I was calling a call centre I felt like I was speaking to a business that really cares about their customers. Frankie has also called on a couple of occasions for further information and each time he has been polite, informative and referred to me by name which made me feel valued and cared for as a customer. Aswell as finding the insurance more than half the price of other companies the customer support is superb! I highly recommend Howdens Insurance

When i rang the phone was answered in a couple rings. I was answered by a human being. The same person talked me through all my options and was more than happy to explain anything i didn't understand. There was no sales pressure. The staff were friendly and just before i hung up they said to ring or pop in anytime if i had any queries.

This is the second review I've done for what was A Plan,now Howden.
Dealing with the Evesham branch,Rob Mulholland is excellent at explaining the current situation regarding premiums, explaining different options and trying to get you the best product and price.
You can always find it a bit cheaper online,but when push comes to shove and something happens,the will do their best to get it sorted out.
I highly recommend them.
