I waited about five minutes for her to be free. In that time I was asked by three different other people in the office if they could help me, offering me a drink etc, a very pleasant way to be treated.

I had been recommended as I needed to explain the mild modifications to my Tesla M3 - these could not be accommodated by Direct Line - so after a recommendation by John Powell (thank's John) I used Howdens and were able to insure my EV - shame that it comes to this when we are being PROMOTED to go GREEN - I would CERTAINLY recommend the team - as they helped me out
