Really friendly, non-pushy service. My advisor, Ibrahim, talked me through all of the options. After being turned away from a previous company i had been with for many years due to modifications on my camper van, this was a really refreshing and welcome conversation. I felt that as a customer I was being well looked after by knowledgable and helpful staff who as brokers were clearly acting in my interest.
In contrast, my previous old insurer just hiked the costs without explanation. When I confirmed I was leaving them they offered a discount to my policy which in my opinion just made the situation worse!
