My Range Rover was due a renewal in May of this year and to be fair from reading the various press cuttings and social media clips I was absolutely dreading the increase. I was expecting the price/quote to be doubled, however I was pleasantly surprised, yes it had gone up, but by a reasonable amount, so I stayed with these guys. I have just purchased another car and I wanted this added to the policy. The phone was answered by Stephen Davis who took the details and speedily dealt with the task, and once again I received a very favourable figure. I also received the completed documents within minutes of our call - what a great service these guys provide - Well done

The staff at Howdens were most helpful and guided us through both car and house insurance.So much more comfortable to deal with real people than the internet.Ypu may have to pay a service fee but this is worth it so they can do all then dealing when something goes wrong therefore less stress.

The way the agent dealt with my new policy after i was originally quoted a silly price as not being able to fit the van on my driveway. So i suggested he should google my house to see where it was being parked & he showed that to the underwriter & came back with a very good quote that i accepted .
