I am very sorry not to have left feedback earlier-life got in the way!! But I had exceptional service from James Haynes at Howdens and cannot praise him enough. I was so worried about sorting out insurance when my provider was leaving the particular market but James was reassuring and found a number of alternative companies who would offer subsistence cover even after a substantial claim a couple of years ago. I was expecting a huge hike in price because of the subsistence issue but he was able to get cover at a competitive rate. And on top of all that he was a pleasure to talk to!!

The service provided in person at your Eastleigh branch office was very good. The explanation for trying to justify the ever increasing charges passed down to the customers who have clean licenses and multiple years of no claims I found to be very glib and would prefer to see Insurance companies lobbying the government to hand down much harsher penalties to those who blatantly drive without insurance etc.all fines should go towards a fund to offset these unjustified increases

What I really like is being able to speak to a person. I come away knowing that I have renewed my Insurance. I am never certain by going on line. Person to person discussion is always helpful for both sides. And I had a very good discussion when I renewed. I have trust that the most appropriate insurance is being arranged by Howden's Representative
