I went into the Bromley branch and was delighted to notice that I could talk to the staff in person to sort out my car insurance query. I was given a warm welcome straightaway by Deniz, who established who I needed to see (Dale), directed me to a seat and gave me a coffee while I waited. Dale was an excellent broker, who got me a like-for-like deal for little more than half the price of my renewal quote. It's so good to speak to people in person rather than be on the other end of the phone to a call centre!
