My only minor issue was that the actual hard copy of my insurance never arrived. I called to query this a week later & to be fair the lady emailed it to me in a very short space of time. Hard copy has still never arrived!

Following a serious fire in May we are in a temporary rental, Howdens responded well but the process of repair yet to commence, now July hence the absence of one star depending on a satisfactory outcome
