Where do I start, Richard Spencer one of the sales team at the Thatcham branch was absolutely outstanding from start to finish, he was very knowledgeable, went into fine detail with everything, offered alternatives & options, was well spoken, very clear & precise to confirm every detail, went the extra mile to offer me the best package & deal that he could. Howden insurance are fantastic! I have my home and 2 cars insured with them. Anytime I need to amend anything they are very helpful and do it straight away for me. Been with them for 4 years, I can’t fault them!

The experience I received from the Tooting Branch was exceptional. The gentleman took time to find a quote for me which was way better than a quote I had earlier been given from a different branch. The gentleman also followed up on my quote and was an amazing help throughout the transaction.
