Their insurance consultant Jamare contacted me for renewal and managed to get me a really good deal, he understood my odd requests and did not push products I said no to... I was so happy with the service, that one month later I contacted him to arrange my wife's policy as well, and he saved me approximately £200 compared to other reputable quotes I had received... although, it was the service and respect I received that mattered most to me! He took the time to explain everything, answered all questions (as silly as they were) and did not mind calling back later when I could not stay on the phone. Absolutely recommended!

Home insurance purchase. My questions dealt with swiftly and expertly. Cover in place at a sensible price and documents emailed all on the same day. I greatly value the peace of mind that goes with having a large, professional organisation on hand to sort out any problems should a claim be necessary. Buy 'direct' and you might save a couple of pounds today but you're on your own if you have a large loss.
