It was going back to a long time used provider of more than 20 year years previously that I felt totally confident in using and who had my history already on their books and it was as efficient and friendly and supportive and understanding bearing in mind I now have Severe CPTSD with continual migraines that I have been suffering with for several years and recently more so due to a bereavement of my brother and no support from my employer the NHS hospital that I work for.
So this was all the more difficult for me to do. But they helped make ir comfortable and easy . So a big thankyou . Kathy

After looking on a comparison website and unable to speak to a person to clarify topics I contacted Howdens. Great knowledge and although more expensive ,it is worth it knowing if things go wrong you can speak to a real person. Also when you go to the website of insurers found on comparison sites the cost goes up!!

Was recommended by a few people to look at the services provided and not only are they cheaper, but you actually get through pretty much straight away without been on hold for what seems like an eternity with most insurers.

I found every customer server was really friendly, easy to talk to, good information, waiting times to pick up could be long but that is what it is, when I needed to bring my policy forward, it was changed free off charge. Also I found them the best valve half the amount some of the others were charging and with the same insurance provider, work that one out. Definitely give them a call.

Great experience phoning Howden ( once A-Plan) in Camberley about renewing my motor insurance in good time. Talked with Ray who was excellent and walked me through my car details from before to check for any changes. He was unhurried and answered some of my queries as we went through. I have used the company for about 30 years for motor/house and always found their service excellent and competitive. The motor insurance market keeps changing and I like to know where I'm likely to stand.
