I dealt with Liz Holt at the Tooting office. Firstly it was a great line as I assume she wasn’t working from home. Secondly Liz has a clear voice and I understood everything she said because neither did she ramble on at a rate of knots like some telesales people. And lastly she wasn’t patronising but explained everything clearly and precisely. (I’m dyslexic and sometimes struggle to comprehend some sales speak). We spoke over 2 days in order to have enough options.
Holden were also remarkably cheaper then my then current insurer. Highly recommended.

Been with Howden formally A Plan for 31 years
They insure my rental properties
For this renewal they took their eye off the ball and sat on it for 6 or 7 working days bar one call to an underwriter that was not followed up.
Faith restored and kept business with them only due to a particular member of staff, Matt Chant.
Professional beyond his years, did everything he said he would do, he is motivated, organised and precise.
If Matt Chant isn't in a management position, then Howden open your eyes and promote PDQ before another outfit snaps him up.
