We have been buying insurance policies for our house, investment house, cars, and so forth from Howden insurance (formerly A-Plan insurance) for many years. There service just gets better and better and their prices are always competitive. The consultant there, Will Desay, provides superbly professional, prompt service and is always available to answer questions and he goes way above and beyond the call of duty to support us customers. I rate this company and Will Desay in particular with FIVE STARS and very highly recommend that everyone buy insurance from Will and Howden Insurance.

Just called regarding outrageous quotes for my Car - after 5 minutes, quote was cut by half with better coverage and lower excess. Guess what it was with same insurer that i am cancelling as trying to more than double my premium. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great experience with Howden Salisbury office. Online sites are fine when your insurance needs are straight forward...anything a bit more complex and it becomes a huge pain just getting to talk to a human being. So bad that I gave up and decided to give Howdens a go and I was so pleased I did.
