Great service. UK based. When you ring them a person answers the phone immediately and not after 15 options. The people who work there all know their stuff and what's best for you. They sorted my camper conversion insurance in about 15mins. Super service can't recommend enough.

Having spent a few days searching for my car insurance on all the comparison sites I was reasonably pleased with what Alex finally offered me.
I, like millions of other car owners, can't understand why car insurance has virtually doubled in the last 2 years.

My 10/10 goes to Becky. I called for a new quote and it was almost closing time. Although I didn’t get a callback on Saturday but I was very happy with her very thorough customer approach. She did her best to get a reasonable price.

Following the theft of my previous car, the policy was cancelled leaving me uninsured to drive other vehicles! This also gets registered as a 'cancelled' policy with detrimental consequences!
Thankfully, you were able to negotiate on my behalf to get the cancellation lifted. Sadly the new policy was 150% increase!!! :o(

I have been with Adrian Flux for many years for my motor home insurance, but the prices and "red tape" with renewing every year was becoming tedious..I contacted A-Plan which is now Howdens, on the recommendation of a friend with similar issues with AF. I spoke with a Louise at the Shirley Branch, who was easy to talk too, very friendly, and able to sort my insurance needs with the minimum of fuss. I normally dread insurance renewal times, but Louise took all the "sting" out of it, thank you very much indeed.

All the people I have dealt with at Tooting branch have been pleasant and helpful. When buying a new motor policy recently, without wanting to part with my old car just yet, instead of obliging me to pay a very high premium, they suggested an alternative approach (transferring the benefit of no-claims discount to the new policy and paying a small mid-term adjustment for the existing policy) which suited my needs perfectly.
