Shuber Muhith in the Tooting branch is a superstar. I called with a really complicated quote request. It should have been a complete pain to sort out. However, thanks to Shuber it seemed like a breeze. He is Super knowledgeable, calm, efficient and has a great sense of humour. Callum was very professional and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. He asked pertinent questions and made sure he understood what I was looking for with my car and motorhome insurance. He came back to me within a few hours and explained he was still waiting for another company’s quote. The next day he had it all to hand and, after explaining everything very well, he forwarded an email with all the details for me to read at my leisure. What a breath of fresh air this company has been and Callum is a good representative for them. Thank you.
