I found the staff very helpful, especially Amena & Claire, they both explained things clearly.

I contacted Howden Chichester for some tailored home insurance and spoke with Patrick Keegan. He was very professional and extremely helpful.Patrick(Paddy) was very patient and guided me through all my concerns and questions. We finally concluded the insurance and I was very comfortable that I had made the right decision. Howden's service is excellent and I will definitely use them for all my insurance needs in the future.

Reece in the Aylesbury branch was fantastic at listening to my concerns regarding my Horsebox Insurance and extremely understanding. He was kind enough to call back at a later date to arrange the policy as the first call wasn’t convenient for me. Great price and everything was explained clearly. Documents arrived minutes after the call with everything that had been explained to me clear to see. Highly recommend!!
