I was very impressed by the enthusiasm of Gabija Ranauskaite at Howden, Peterborough branch. She was not only determine to help me get a good deal for my car insurance, but also went beyond to try and secure a home insurance too. Although this didn't happen, I was completely satisfied with her effort and would entrust her with any future requirement. I totally recommend Howden.

Mike at Evesham was SO helpful and went over & above to help us find insurance for a refugee who desperately wants to drive in this country. He was a driver for some years in his country of origin but it was not an easy job & we thought it could not be done but Mike, unknown to us, continued to work on the situation & phoned us the next day with a suitable quote. Recently took out our home insurance with Julia from the Eastleigh Branch. She was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she really helpful but was also a pleasure to talk to as well as incredibly understanding of our needs. She gave us time to consider the additional options and didn’t put pressure on us to commit straight away, she even remembered us when we called back in to add them on. Wonderful experience!

I've had some things over the past few weeks that I've needed help with. I can only say that the team at howdens have always surpassed themselves, not just with the way in which they have listened but, solved a problems, but also, which is rare to hear, the way in which they treat you whilst on the call, this being, kind, empathetic and understandimg. They actually leaving notes as well about your call which other colleagues can read and understand so you dont have to repeat yourself over and over again. That's rare! I haven't one bad experience. Simply said, impressive.

Luke Morley is an absolute legend, I got quoted 18k (£1800 a month) on an i4 M sport when I tired to get courier insurance and no one else would insure me, spoke to Luke and within hours he had got me a fully comp deal for £500 a month, genuinely the best in the business hands down
