I was trying to find a quote the whole day, with either insurers declining me or giving me outrageous prices. I am not being dramatic when I say Liz Holt was an absolute life saver. She was able to give me a really reasonably priced quote very quickly. Was patient and very lovely. Would absolutely recommend, when you call, make sure to ask for Liz Holt!

I have just arranged Buildings insurance with Howden. The agent who handled it was Robbie Nestorenko at Leamington Spa He provided absolutely superb service and support; the best I have ever had from an insurance agent. He took a real interest in helping me, and a great deal of effort to do so. I went to Howden when my existing policy via Swinton, up for annual renewal, was raised hugely -- almost doubled -- for no good reason (apart from "trying it on") whatsoever, even though I had been with them for many years. Robbie put together a much better and far, far less expensive quote, with which I am very satisfied indeed. Moreover, it was easy and straightforward dealing with him, unlike my experiences elsewhere when speaking consistently to one agent is for some reason, challenging. Top Marks!
