I would like to put on record my thanks for the wonderful and outstanding service shown to me by the staff at Howdens Insurance, Bath branch and especially Craig Pope the Branch Manager. I experienced very poor service and attitude by the Insurance company who provided my Household Insurance but, thankfully, Craig has managed to get the resolution that I wanted and one that was fair to all parties.

I would highly recommend your company for the following reason this is the second time I renewed my insurance with your company and I’ll tell you why like most consumers one goes onto the Internet and searches for prices. Yes they’re important but what they miss is the human touch I have to say your branch I dealt with was very efficient polite Although slightly above the market price but the compensation to that is that you’re dealing with an individual who speaks to you and understands your needs well done.
