Website is easy to use, and either on the 'phone or over the counter, the staff are ALL very pleasant and helpful.
I have delt "over the counter" 3 or 4 times over the last few weeks and the longest I had to wait was maybe 30 seconds...

"I've been a Howdens Insurance customer for over five years and have always been impressed with their service. They always take the time to find a policy suitable for my needs and requirement. Ruth was highly committed from the start of the process. The differentiated service was explained and delivered upon. Every time I called, the person answering the call knew about me and my enquiry. The personal touch was definitely delivered upon.
Ruth worked tirelessly with me to obtain a manageable premium. Ruth/Howden was the only person/broker that I received a quote from that wanted to understand and manage the full range of modifications to my car prior to commencing with the policy. This was to ensure an accurate quote and that my car was properly covered.

I have been with my existing insurance company for some time but my insurance renewal was far more than I wanted to pay so I thought I would see if Howden could better the offer. They sent off evidence we had and made the phone calls on my behalf. I’m very thankful. That’s why I’m happy to stay with them! 😊
